Local Evaluation Report

Illinois 21^st CCLC Grantees are required to submit an annual evaluation report, due  December 1, 2017. Reports should be emailed to  21stCCLC.Evaluation@edc.org.

There have been minor changes from previous years’ templates: This year 2013 and 2015 cohort grantees are asked different questions about sustainability and program recommendations.
