In this webinar, EDC (the statewide evaluation for the Illinois 21^st CCLC program), provided an overview and guidance on the requirements for evaluation for FY20. In reviewing the expectations and approaches for conducting evaluation, EDC shared information about the annual evaluation survey (aka the Spring Survey), and also offered strategies and suggestions for how to address the challenges and limitations posed by COVID-19 in grantees’ local annual evaluation reports.
