Are you prepared to respond to the diverse health needs of your afterschool community? In this webinar, ISBE’s state School Nurse Principal Consultants presented health resources available to afterschool programs and shared tips for how to prepare for emergency situations at your site. In addition, guest presenters discussed how to plan and implement responsible community health referrals to support your full afterschool community. Participants also had an opportunity to ask questions and practice applying tools to your individual afterschool program needs.
