This webinar teaches 21st CCLC practitioners  about building organizational recruitment strategies, youth-engagement techniques, and  youth voice and choice practices that support high-quality afterschool programs. Participants will also receive strategies to build a warm, welcoming program environment and a sense of belonging for youth, as well as resources and tools to help build relationships with youth, among staff, and with family and community stakeholders.
