Call for Tabletop Displays

Would you like for others to know about your amazing afterschool program? Outstanding staff? Fun-loving participants? Share the story of your 21st CCLC program at the 2014 Preconference Networking Session.

The preconference networking session is designed for you to enjoy time with your peers, and share the story of your afterschool program. Come share your successes, lessons learned, and memorable moments, and reflect on all the fun along the way!

Tabletop Display Information

• You will need a tri-fold or otherwise freestanding poster to display.
• Displays requiring electricity are not permitted.
• An 8-foot skirted table will be shared by two exhibitors.
• Two chairs will be provided, per exhibit.
• Handouts about your program are encouraged.
• Displays will be set up in the foyer area of the conference.
• Set up will begin at 5:15 p.m. on April 30.
• Tabletop displays are to remain up until the conference ends on May 1.
